CONFERENCES

At the Camelot Motel we cater for up to 110 persons with a room hire of $150.00 per day. Packages are designed to your specific request. We can provide the following as required:

  • Fully air conditioned
  • Catering and beverage service
  • Tea and coffee facilities
  • Large projector screen
  • White board
  • Lectern
  • Microphone
  • Photocopying and fax service (cost applies)

Clients are advised to provide any other equipment outside of the above.

The Camelot Motel has the facilities for functions, meetings and conferences. Whether inside or outside, we set up to your needs – auditorium, banquet, hollow-square, classroom, U shape or conference style.

FUNCTIONS / WEDDINGS

At the Camelot Motel we cater for large or small groups. Just phone or email us to discuss your requirements. If able why not pop in to see us and check out the venue at the same time. We have a variety of packages to choose from or we can tailor a package to suit your needs and budget.

BBQ FUNCTIONS

At Camelot you can arrange a private barbecue function in our covered barbecue area.

Our large covered outdoor barbecue area is available for hire. It is set up with a large four burner barbecue, refrigeration, bar and tables and chairs. The BBQ area has clear heavy duty plastic panels for use in case of inclement weather.
